Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master’s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source out competent officers and crews from different agency.
∎ Contact to the candidates and arrange interview
∎ Monitor all the sign on/off arrange reliever accordingly
∎ Arrange all the joining papers as per International Safety Management code
∎ Arrange Certificate of Endorsement (COE) from the flag administration
∎ Online verification for the joining crews’ documents
∎ Prepare contractual agreement of joining officer and Crew.
∎ Maintain the database record of all the probable candidates (rank wise) with CV and keep the record of all the successful candidate.
∎ Assist in preparing all the paper works while joining and ship specific file to be maintained.
∎ Maintain the database record of all onboard officers and crews with their contractual agreement period.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for records and flag administration audit purpose.
∎ Assist to head of Ship Personnel Department (SPD).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience in Ship Personnel Department /Crewing
∎ Good command on writing and speaking in English
∎ Should have good command in MS-Word, Excel, E-mail correspondences
∎ Sound interpersonal skills
∎ Should have work cross-functional working skill
