Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical
∎ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/ Higher Secondary with any Technical trade course.
∎ Candidates with general academic background with sound technical knowledge and hands on experience on Air Compressor, Motor, Generation Equipment & Spare Parts are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequent visits to Power Plants for tender queries collection and technical support services.
∎ Visit power plants to resolve product acceptance & after sales service issues.
∎ Supervision of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Generation Equipment & Spare Parts.
∎ Maintain regular correspondences with BPDB (Purchase, Design, Accounts, Training, Projects) for product acceptance & after sales service issues.
∎ Visit to Training Department of BPDB and Ministry offices for Pre-Shipment Inspections and documentations.
∎ Regular communication with C&M BPDB for product release issues from Chattogram Sea Port and Dhaka Airport.
∎ Manage product deliveries to power stations and central warehouses of BPDB.
∎ Manage post landing inspection issues after delivery of the products at site.
∎ Visit/Meetings with local suppliers for sourcing local products required for tenders.
∎ Assist in tender document preparation for govt. power utilities.
∎ Coordinate with other internal cross functional teams.
∎ Prepare regular task updates & site visit reports.
∎ Regular reporting to higher management & attend weekly team meetings.
