Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Various Khatian’s(CS, SA, RS, BS, City)Land Demarcation and Survey.
∎ Civil, criminal, Company and labor Laws of Bangladesh.
∎ Land Document’s Searching and Verification from respective government offices.
∎ Preparing of vetting report and final legal opinion.
∎ Drafting of various deeds, agreement, legal notice, GD, Plaintiff’s written statement, written objection.
∎ Collection of certified copy of court order’s and judgement and to maintain liaison with local police station, court, DC office, AC land office and labor court.
∎ Representation the Company in legal proceedings.
∎ Vatting the legal issues of the company.
∎ Hauling Documentation Knowledge (land and legal).
∎ Knowledge about
∎ Various Khatian’s(CS, SA, RS, BS, City)Land Demarcation and Survey.
