Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare yearly service plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of HVAC System.
∎ To responsible for installation & commissioning of utility system through proper documentation.
∎ Capable to lead the team for HVAC system Operations & Maintenance.
∎ Capable to diagnose Electromechanical defects of utility system.
∎ To perform Re-Qualification for HVAC System jointly with Validation Team.
∎ To prepare/update the cGMP documentations such as Qualification Documents, PM Schedule, SOP, FORM, Log Book , Service Record etc.
