Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor supplier performance.
∎ Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per company needs.
∎ Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory control.
∎ Work closely with sales and production teams to forecast demand.
∎ Develop supply chain strategies to optimize lead times and costs.
∎ Claim defective and short supply to supplier9 Generate demand planning and inventory report as and when required
