Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Supply Chain in analyzing the customers' needs and develop an appropriate SC strategy that is aligned with Space Zero's organizational goals.
∎ Assist Head of Supply Chain in designing and implementing functional strategies in various functions of SC that supports overall SC and business strategy.
∎ Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining/ reviewing processes and systems.
∎ Provide feedback on cost and cost trends.Develop the analytics and data on SC plan, ensure consistent review under a defined governance framework.
∎ Collects and maintains data, specifically on requisition, purchases with frequency and ordering costs, commodity and service prices, market demands and seasonality, inventory and turnover ratios, transportation with timelines and warehouses with carrying costs.
∎ Analyze SC database to come up with trends and patterns, co-efficient, regression and predictive analysis.
∎ Analyze and feedback on return on investment (ROI), specially on SC activities.
∎ Identifies problems in the workflows.
∎ Analyze costs and benefits.
∎ Suggests improvements.
∎ Assists in negotiations to order supplies or services.
∎ Serves as trusted data and analytics consultant, for key Supply Chain Leaders, who provides product-solutions that rapidly solve the business issues.
∎ Prepare Supply Chain visualization reports on purchasing, delivery, inventory, cost reduction and supplier performance analytics and submit those periodically to Head of SC.
∎ Other activities and jobs as and when assigned by Head of SC/ supervisor.
