Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong knowledge of diamond, gold, polki, and other jewelry products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Deliver excellent customer service and effectively close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper jewelry presentation, storage, and replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and quality checks.
Handle customer queries and resolve product/service-related concerns.
Maintain customer information and support customer-related marketing activities.
