Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering / Environmental Science from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and update Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies, standards and procedures as per The ACME Laboratories Limited requirements, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
∎ Carry out SHE Risk Assessment in operations, identify hazards of new and existing activities and ensure suitable and sustainable risk control measures.
∎ Take preventive action & monitor all the safety related activities like fire, electrical, chemical, trip, slip, falls and storage issues.
∎ Assist lab to select appropriate PPEs and monitor relevant PPEs are worn by the laboratory/ other business staff during their day to day activities.
∎ Conduct internal SHE audits and handle external audits on ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards.
∎ Monitor and ensure the health and hygiene of the entire employee at the laboratory.
∎ Carry out SHE training, fire drills, safety inspections throughout the organization and maintain a healthy work environment at work place.
∎ Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and Rules with amendment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of working experience in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) at a manufacturing plant.
∎ Training on Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 (with amendment), ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 will be the added advantage.
∎ Candidates having substantial certification and know-how on ISO 9001 QMS/ISO 14001 EMS/ ISO 45001 OHSAS will be given preference.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The incumbent should be well conversant on written and verbal communication both in English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer especially in MS office package is a must.
∎ Age limit is within 30 (thirty) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
