Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Customer Service of Export/Import operation
∎ Follow up Custom Export Process in collaboration with Custom Sarkers
∎ Status preparation of all Export / Import consignment with other Export / Import concerns
∎ Coordinate & proper support to the customer's representative at Chittagong
∎ Do follow up respective Forwarders for smooth operation
∎ Do follow up & proper guide to Off doc/ Depo assigned concerns of Chittagong.
∎ Feedback & proper communication with Customer Service department of Dhaka through email/ telephone
∎ Coordinate and proper assistance to other departments for smooth operating & achieve business goal
∎ Time to time feed back to Head of Business
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior authority.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
