Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with selected Shipping Line, Forwarder agent or counterpart-through email, phone, fax.
∎ For Air IP:
∎ Checking Cargo status, AWB position and arranging fund.
∎ Collecting HAWB, monitoring delivery position through coordination with transport team.
∎ For Sea IP:
∎ Checking B/L, Invoice, Packing list etc. and then Cargo position, Shipping line and forwarders.
∎ Collecting freight charge from client and making payment to Shipping line.
∎ File Forward to Accounts Dept with proper Billing note.
∎ Monitoring delivery position through coordination with CTG office.
∎ Maintaining liaison with branch offices for shipment-CTG, ICD, Airport, DEPZ.
∎ Follow up with the Customer on documents collection.
∎ Scrutiny of document and send document check List to Customer.
∎ Opening Job File in the System.
∎ Follow up with Custom/Jetty Stuff and collect day to day progress of the job.
∎ Update status in the respective files.
∎ Give update to valued Customer on daily Basis by mail /telephone.
∎ Visit to Customer time to time.
∎ Monthly Report preparation, update and forward to Management.
∎ Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Smart and well groomed.
∎ Must be flexible based on situation.
