Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ CA (CC), CMA (Business Level Completed), ACCA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Costing, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording and filling all receipt vouchers, payment vouchers, journal vouchers and contra vouchers through ERP.
∎ Recording all LC related cost such as Insurance premium, material Value, C&F Charges & Commission, Transport & Freight Charges, LC Commission, LC Margin, River/Port Dues, Shipping Charges and Others cost through ERP.
∎ To Calculate, deduction and recording Source VAT and AIT from the supplier bill and entry through ERP.
∎ To Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Reconcile all types of bank loan such as LATR. Offshore Loan, Hire Purchase Loan and Term Loan via Bank advice and statement through ERP.
∎ Prepare Financial Statement for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly
∎ Investigate and resolve intercompany personnel queries, supplier queries & communicating via phone, email or personally.
∎ Communicate and deposit the document to the bank as for cheque deposit, Pay Order, salary disbursement and etc.
∎ Job Descriptions included but isn't limited for Crown Power Generation Ltd. Crown Transportation and Logistics ltd. M.V Crown Voyager and Crown Mariners Ltd.
∎ Other duties for accounts & finance as per assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Working knowledge on MS office, & SAP
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic and have ability to work under pressure.
