Responsibilities & Context:
- Create new customer (Retail/Corporate/Distributor).
- Keep communication with customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
- Explain product features, characteristics and quality to the customers.
- Achieve assigned sales & collection target (monthly & yearly).
- Process customer order and prepare quotation if required.
- Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant report for supervisor.
- Run assigned operation as per Company SOP.
- Ensure highest level of customer care through customer service.
- Others- as per business need.
