Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and co-ordinate client/Customer accounts.
∎ Handle customer orders, reviewing stock levels.
∎ Work closely with product development team when taking over new client accounts and new products.
∎ Communicating with customers about their new orders.
∎ Work with internal production team to follow up the order status.
∎ Work closely with accounts & commercial team to payment procedure & documents submission.
∎ Monitoring outstanding payments from customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasant personality, Hardworking, Analytical ability.
∎ Fluency in speaking & written English will be treated as an extra advantage.
∎ Computer Knowledge is a must (Ms-word, Ms- excel, Internet browsing & Email).
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill.
