∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Mechanical/Power/Automobile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Experience in technical service in automobile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure FTR reply by techline for dealer and customer satisfication.
∎ To monitor warranty tracking sheet and prepare worst list.
∎ To be responsible for checking affected warranty parts and judging QIC issue.
∎ To conduct BQIC meeting with factory QC.
∎ To monitor MQS/PDI of technical service.
∎ To monitor PUD/Scramble action of technical service.
∎ To be responsible for service bulletin issue about any technical improvement.
∎ To provide technical support to customer & dealer.
∎ To share QIC issue with Top Management.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to travel any where in Bangladesh.
∎ Motorcycle Driving license preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
