Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Executive (Purchase & Procurement) in our newly established company. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with an outgoing, friendly personality who enjoys interacting with other people. This individual should be comfortable communicating directly with local supplier/vendor, especially by visiting market place or over phone.
∎ Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To purchase Local goods/electrical/mechanical and other related items against requisition within the specified time for assigned projects.
∎ Preparing procurement plan, collecting quotation, preparing Comparative statement, purchase order for each requisition separately and update accordingly.
∎ Ensure the quality of materials while purchasing/ procuring as per BOQ's specification.
∎ Ensue timely delivery of requisitioned material with specification.
∎ Creating or sourcing new vendor/supplier.
∎ Processing payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documents.
∎ Maintain statement of all procuring entry, price and location.
∎ Develop and maintain a commercially sound Vendor base, survey the market for new supply sources including non-traditional ones.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having Experience in Project procurement will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge on procuring technical equipment/materials for EPC industry.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
∎ Good command in MS Office.
