Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / BSc in Engineering / B.Pharm / BSc in Statistics/Chemistry from a reputed university
∎ Candidates with MBA will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive purchase requisition and generate inquiries
∎ Prepare comparative statement to place of purchase order
∎ Submit documents to DGDA for approval of block list
∎ Close purchase order and resolve quires related to supplier payment
∎ Explore and development diversified sources of APIs, Excipients, and packaging materials.
∎ Develop a quality and cost- conscious supplier base to build strategic partnership
∎ Build a strong relationship with supplier to keep vendor-managed inventory
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly SCM- related reports to the management on purchase, including cost analysis
∎ Generate and update order status tracking sheet, reconciliation and timely reporting
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and commercial/ Demand planning & Inventory management team to ensure a smooth supply of materials
∎ Monitor stock levels, availability and forecast & place orders as needed with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and timely receiving

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience preferably in large pharmaceutical industries or other relevant industries.
∎ Should have advanced level computer literary particularly in MS office suite.
∎ Candidates having knowledge of SAP or any other relevant software skills will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ For exceptional candidates required qualifications may be slightly relaxed.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
