Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create materials code for new items as well as existing items on software.
∎ Assist purchase team to prepare purchase related data of goods (Spare parts, Chemical, oil & lubricants, inventory etc.)
∎ Keep records & tracking goods on software.
∎ Prepare purchase requisition, price comparison, purchase order on software and ensure party payment as per invoice.
∎ Maintain assets movement database, prepare report (Origin, beneficiary, depreciation) of assets (IP sets, Scanner, Printer etc).
∎ Ensure physical inventory and stock management periodically. Input data of goods in and out on software.
∎ Prepare Goods Receive Note (GRN) & update material consumption report on software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Interpersonal skill.
