Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for assessing products, services and suppliers and negotiating contracts.
∎ Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packing materials and all other materials required for production, store, delivery, factory and outlets.
∎ Follow and apply the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Purchase products in bulk quantity with proper negotiation.
∎ Source and create multiple vendors, suppliers, contactors and build healthy relationship with them for company's benefit
∎ Prepare schedule and comparative statement for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased.
∎ Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Research and evaluate potential suppliers.
∎ Oversee and supervise employees' activities of the purchasing department.
∎ Ensure that the products and supplies maintain the quality standards set by the QC.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
∎ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations
