Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Preference will be given to (BSc) in Supply Chain Management and Master of Science (MSc) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Certification: Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial Supply, Commercial/ Purchase, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Based on requisition, Collect quotation/offer from Vendor (Local and international), do initial negotiation, prepare Comparison Statement, Prepare presentation for Management approval.
∎ Create purchase orders, procure items and send procured items to concerned stores.
∎ Prepare market survey report on different textiles Materials (Mechanical, Electrical, Raw materials, cotton, yarn, etc for Textiles industries) for supplier database.
∎ Create, develop and manage new vendor relationships
∎ Coordinate with concerned department and Transport for ensuring smooth delivery of procured items and coordinate to reach the selected locations
∎ Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order
∎ Confirm vendors' payable balance from time to time
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different HS Code
∎ Should have sound knowledge on the commercial process of releasing goods from seaport/airport.
∎ Monitor stock & maintain purchase records through software (SAP) and produce reports from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Commercial/ Purchase, Computer skill, Documentation, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), tender documentation, Trading or Export/Import
Salary: Negotiable
