Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree (Preferable in Supply Chain) from any reputed university
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting competitive quotation for electrical equipment Products, Fire Safety Products, cleaning materials from Vendors
∎ Work closely with the Project head to implement an effective procurement plan for assurance of delivery of goods & services, goals, compliance, policies & values.
∎ Prepare work specification and service competitive bid proposal for service contracts.
∎ Recommend, negotiate and enter into service contract as required to operate the facilities.
∎ Provide direct supervision of all contracted service, evaluate compliance with contract specification and administrate payment.
∎ Generate savings and efficiencies through negotiations, cost management & value engineering.
∎ Challenge & Negotiate specifications, quotations & contracts for implementation across the business to achieve best terms and pricing.
∎ Explore market for potential vendors, float RFQ to existing & potential vendors for one-off purchases, non-schedule items. Vendor due diligence perform, pre-contract evaluation, ongoing management & exit.
∎ Maintain value driven relationship with stakeholders, client, vendors & co-workers.
∎ Contract renewal, addendum, amendment with Vendors
∎ Obtain cost approval from relevant cost center owners.
∎ Arrange to issue local purchase orders (LPOs) and keep record of payment..
∎ Conduct monthly KPI, build report, arrange monthly service review meeting.
∎ Verifying all bill & delivery repots for further billing process.
∎ Keeping record all kind of paid & unpaid bills.
∎ Resolve supply issues with key service providers and vendors.
∎ Keep record of all spare's parts request, delivery, Warranty claim, monthly-quarterly spend analysis.
∎ Work closely with the central procurement to ensure compliant, approvals and effective contract development and to liaise on contractual issues.
∎ Any other work that arises or is assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Experience of working for a Facility Management company, Bank, real estate, telecommunication, service industry
∎ Experience for purchasing electrical equipment Products, Fire Safety Products, cleaning materials
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Knowledge in procurement process, vendor development, and ERP software
∎ Post Graduate Diploma or international professional degree in supply Chain Management will be preferable
∎ Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices of a supply chain management
∎ Good analytical skills with MS Office proficiency and any analytical software knowledge
