Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advance knowledge about constriction design & drawing. Also capable for estimating & cost analysis for CIVIL construction projects as per PWD schedule.
∎ Vendor's submission bill checking and prepare Interim Payment Certificate to ensure compliance and policy.
∎ Bill forward to Manager for review as well as pass to accounts department.
∎ To conduct discussion with respective stakeholders on raising issues or audit observations.
∎ Bill record and preservation for avoiding double charges, exceed the budget as well as pass up any conflict in future.
∎ Bill Checking with previous bills PDF document to ensure all quantities and amount.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Skills & Knowledge in Quantity Survey & Audit
