Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Business Graduate from any reputed university.
∎ MBA is preferable.
∎ Diploma in Supply Chain Management is preferable.
∎ Candidate need to be very good in MS Excel.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Dealer Management, Planning, SCM, Sourcing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend Raw Material & imported item warranty claims as per agreed warranty policy with the supplier.
∎ Assist in planning project purchases as per agreed standard & ensure timely delivery for project completion.
∎ Plan DSP delivery across the country & facilitate indentation process for completing delivery process.
∎ Ensure that material scheduling strategy & processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels.
∎ Input & hold responsibility for material planning budgets.
∎ Take lead on internal & external relationships to ensure consistent, timely & effective communication regarding material availability.
∎ Assess volume requirement against planning assumptions.
∎ Take ownership of material planning issues and take any follow up actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production.
∎ Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising in order to meet production requirements and address operational risks.
∎ Design, develop and implement flexible solutions to aid business efficiency, drive process improvements and add value.
∎ Investigate and implement system enhancement initiatives
∎ Ensure the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements.
∎ Work with cross functional teams to deliver effective solutions
∎ Develop and maintain good relationships with other departments and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time.
