∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in Bengali and English languages.
∎ Knowledge of SAP ERP software, GMP, HACCP, FSMS ISO 22000, EMS ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management system.
∎ Proficiency in data management and reporting with knowledge
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ JOB LOCATION: Narayanganj, Rupshi Plant.
∎ As the Executive, Packing, you will be responsible for managing all operations within the Packing Plant, including the Plastic and Tin Manufacturing Sections. The candidate’s primary objective is to make sure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strategic planning, effective team leadership, and the optimization of resources to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
∎ Manage & lead all the activities of Packing Plant (Filling, Plastic & Tin Section).
∎ Implement & Supervision of Machine health status, GMP, Housekeeping, Facility development, HACCP, OSEH & effective inventory management of critical spare.
∎ Assist HOD to implement all KPI's targeted in the beginning of an assessment year.
∎ Record keeping of all Downtime analysis and act against RCA based on Downtime.
∎ Day to day production planning. Try to achieve maximum production with required yield & effective utilization of 3M.
∎ Prepare annual CAPEX/OPEX budget based on production plan.
∎ Development & implementation of an effective safety program covering people & product. Minimize any risk to stuff or equipment.
∎ Input Production data into SAP system software.
∎ Training & development of operators based on SOP’s & Process optimization.
∎ Assist project teams to implement new projects.
∎ Any other tasks assigned from Line Manager.
