Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 Years’ of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
∎ Candidates with experiences in selling industrial products will get a preference.
∎ Leadership and team building.
∎ Good business acumen.
∎ Good communication and influencing skills.
∎ Willing to take initiatives.
∎ Frequent visit to customers inside and outside of Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve annual sales & debtors recovery targets·
∎ Visiting industrial customers and build relationships.
∎ Develop new businesses, applications and retain existing customers.
∎ Conduct market survey and analysis in developing new products and applications.
∎ Provide training to customers to ensure correct and safe usages of industrial gases.
∎ Track and audit company assets related to industrial gases.
∎ Identify and qualify potential distributors.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with distributors.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies.
∎ Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
