∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain material master data, vendor master data, asset master data, and purchasing information records in the SAP MM module.
∎ Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data records, adhering to organizational standards and policies.
∎ Collaborate with the SAP team to test the MM system thoroughly, identifying and resolving any issues to ensure the system functions efficiently.
∎ Optimize the MM module based on organizational requirements and business processes.
∎ Develop comprehensive training materials and collaborate with the SAP team to deliver training sessions to end users on utilizing the MM system effectively.
∎ Provide ongoing support to end users, addressing their queries and issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Prepare detailed solution documents after resolving support-related issues, outlining the problem, resolution, and preventive measures.
∎ Develop and maintain master data maintenance documents, aligning with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for both domestic and overseas procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle etc.
