∎ Proven working experience as Business Analyst/MIS of at least 03 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
∎ Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Well conversant with Advance MS Office and ERP Software
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
∎ Proven working experience as Business Analyst/MIS of at least 03 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make interpretations of data and provide suggestions on various matters related to sales strategy.
∎ Experience and passion in designing businesses to enable businesses with reporting, dashboards, and innovative solutions.
∎ Highly analytical and number-driven individuals with a creative bent of mind.
∎ Strong reporting and analytical information support to management and be able to review discounts of business.
∎ Prepare the Daily Market Sales (IMS) Report, and Daily Sales Report (DSR), and mail them to the concerned person accordingly.
∎ Update Sales Card Value Volume and SKU Wise.
∎ Prepare & Analysis Trade Offers.
∎ Prepare Monthly Town Market Report (TMR).
∎ Reconcile Sales report with Tally Software.
∎ Prepare Monthly Management Report.
∎ Daily Update the Distributor Base File from time to time.
∎ Analyze business information to identify process improvement measures for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Data Analysis of received data from various sales channels and systems into a presentable form.
∎ Ensuring error-free reporting and TAT adherence to all reports.
∎ Any Adhoc reporting requirements to be made available within the prescribed time.

∎ Kazi & Kazi Tea is currently seeking motivated, innovative and business-minded MIS professionals in the FMCG industry who will provide the necessary support to the Sales Team. Excellent MIS and analytical skills and ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment. Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements, and translate those into an effective generation of reports. High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables. Those who are experienced and have enough skills are encouraged to apply.
