Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential land acquisitions for residential and commercial development projects in the district areas.
∎ Conduct market research to assess land feasibility, including legal, economic, and locational viability.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local influencers to support future project opportunities.
∎ Negotiate land acquisition deals ensuring favorable terms for Way Housing Pvt. Limited.
∎ Liaise with landowners and stakeholders for the smooth execution of joint venture projects, ensuring mutual understanding and timely action.
∎ Develop and nurture relationships with local authorities and key influencers to support procurement activities.
∎ Arrange and attend meetings with landowners to discuss joint venture proposals and collaboration possibilities.
∎ Follow up diligently to ensure timely progression in all procurement negotiations and agreements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and negotiation statuses for internal tracking and reporting.·
∎ Act as a liaison between landowners and the legal/procurement teams, facilitating efficient communication and cooperation.
∎ Support in collecting land-related documents (title deeds, khatian, mouza maps) from landowners and ensuring they are complete and accurate.·
∎ Assist the legal team in coordinating document verifications with landowners as needed.·
∎ Organize and participate in field visits, document exchanges, and procurement-related meetings within the district.
∎ Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the Reporting Manager and Head office.
