Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting the customer through ticketing system and inquiries via phone calls.
∎ Resolving customer complaints and queries.
∎ Provide product details and service information to customers.
∎ Taking feedback from the customers.
∎ Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
∎ Deal with queries from the public and customers.
∎ Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
∎ Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
∎ Tidy and maintain the customer care area.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Excellent Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Professional personal presentation.
∎ Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
∎ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
