Graduation in any discipline with strong knowledge in inventory management
Intermediate level users of Excel
Familiar with ERP
Responsibilities & Context:
To responsible to maintain store of Head Office for HO and Project Printing & Stationary items
To responsible for printing all Books & Register as required by user department and distribute them properly
To responsible for collecting requisition, printing them and distribution as well
To responsible for counting H/O fixed asset, numbering & reporting to management
To responsible for SMIS Posting in tally, filling all document of Project & Head Office
To receive SRV of Materials at head office
To visit Project as per schedule
