  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in education consultancy is preferred.

  • Advanced expertise on students counselling, university admission, writing skills on Statement of Purpose and motivation letter, strong counselling, communication with the university, strong documentation and organization.

Responsibilities & Context:

Team/Programme: International Education

Days: 06 days (Saturday – Thursday)

Role Purpose:

The role holder will provide counselling to prospective students planning to study abroad, with a focus on (1) excellent counselling, (2) undertake proactive communication with students/potential students (3) ensure that communication and documentation are up to the highest standard. S/he will also provide ad-hoc services as required by the organization.

Reports to: Head of Operations.

Role Dimensions: Dhanmondi, Dhaka based with rare to no travel requirements.

Major responsibilities:

  • Advise prospective students on the admission process, including entry criteria, qualification required, choice of universities, Scholarship availability, and choice of courses.

  • Complete the documentation process step by step with the student.

  • Complete the application process

  • Follow up on the documents and provide assistance and advice to students throughout the process.

  • Timely update of the admission process to the students and families.

  • Supporting student in writing CV and statement of purpose.

  • Update and maintain a database of students information.

  • Assist in recruiting new students by overseeing promotional events, video and campus tours.

Additional job responsibilities:

  • As assigned by the line manager.
