∎ Handle incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & website
∎ Maintain follow-ups via chat, call, and CRM
∎ Post and manage educational content across platforms
∎ Book appointments for senior counselors
∎ Convincing interested students in a professional way.
