Key Responsibilities

·         Concept Development: Study briefs, understand requirements, brainstorm ideas, and create initial visual concepts.

·         Design Creation: Produce layouts, logos, illustrations, icons, and graphics for various mediums (web, print, social).

·         Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand identity, guidelines, and ensure all visuals align with brand standards.

·         Collaboration: Work with marketing, copywriters, developers, and clients to refine designs and meet project goals.

·         Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

·         File Preparation: Prepare finished artwork for print (liaising with suppliers) or digital use.

·         Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make revisions until the design is approved.

·         Project Management: Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.

·         Trend Awareness: Stay updated on new design software, techniques, and industry trends.
