Experience Requirements:

Fulfillment, Order Management, Packaging, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit and train up DSR as per business need to ensure on-time product delivery
∎ Submit requisition for required vehicles and ensure availability
∎ Assign DSR as per delivery sheet on a regular basis
∎ Provide the required amount to each DSR for purchasing products from sourcing points
∎ Upload data in the system and ensure using of the app by DSR
∎ Follow-up activities of DSRs and solve delivery issues within 10 minutes
∎ Ensure 100% delivery attempt by DSR
∎ Collect cash and supporting documents from DSR at day end and prepare a reconciliation report
∎ Submit a reconciliation report with all supporting documents to the finance department on a daily basis
∎ Print DSR wise delivery sheet at day end
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional team members as per requirement
∎ Follow up official WhatsApp groups and provide necessary feedback on time
∎ Report any discrepancies (if noticed)
∎ Perform any other task as assigned time to time by supervisor
