∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Power, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Hotel, Banks, Airline, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way
∎ Handle guests professionally and maintain a tidy reception area
∎ Ensure that guests/clients are dealt delicately and cordially.
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents
∎ Organize meeting bookings, meeting setup and food arrangement
∎ Control inventory relevant to pantries and stationery
∎ Provide necessary support for office administration and house keeping as deemed appropriate
∎ Assist new employees to open bank account
∎ Make sure that all office equipment is maintained in good condition
∎ Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well conversant in phone calls.
∎ Should have good interpersonal/communication skills with good command in English.
∎ Gentle, Smart, Energetic, Dedicated and Proactive approach to assigned work.
∎ Basic computer application skill is required.
∎ Should have pleasant personality.
