Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts, Ms Excell
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to check all showroom financial daily report according to POS sale.
∎ Ensure to prepare of all voucher, invoice.
∎ Ensure petty cash & Cash Book Register, Maintain timely & properly.
∎ Ensure that disbursement of cash on timely.
∎ Ensure the disbursement of monthly salary & other payment timely & accurately.
∎ Ensure to check daily Bill voucher & posting of it in software timely.
∎ Maintain petty cash & Cash Book Register;
∎ Manual Voucher prepared for all kind of payment;
∎ Ensure all kind of Head of bank cheque deposit in bank and cash withdrawn;
∎ Receipt all kinds of bill, after checking and certifying the bill submit to the concern authority for approval;
∎ Monitoring all showroom daily financial statement, daily expense sheet and ensure cash amount deposit;
∎ Ensure all kind of transaction posting in tally software.
∎ Check & Verifying Monthly salary sheet, check the Monthly attendance sheet;
∎ Disbursement the all showroom salary and incentive;
∎ Prepare vat challan monthly and deposit vat challan amount in bank;
∎ Disbursement all showroom Utilities Bills payment timely. (electricity, gas Bill, wasa bill & service charge);
∎ Disbursement all showroom Monthly Rent payment;
∎ Each month all kind of voucher which I give posting in tally software submit to audit team for checking and verification;
∎ After receiving all bank statement calculate Monthly Interest, Charge and ensure all showroom daily cash deposit are in bank statement;
∎ Maintain all kind of file accurately

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of information technology
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & power point, Knowledge of working on Tally software is a must.
∎ Capacity to define priorities, adaptation, ability to work in team a multicultural environment.
∎ Sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under stress

Salary: Negotiable
