Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting
∎ Or equivalent Degree in Finance/Accounting.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Software, Accounts, Computer skill, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Applications
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day to day accounts operation and reporting, control and compliances, cash and bank management.
∎ Assist the Manager in the overall Accounting function.
∎ Responsible for preparation of monthly remittance file and reconcile with AD Bank.
∎ Responsible for Preparation of vouchers for making payment and make sure the filing of vouchers & other documents related to payment.
∎ Responsible for preparation of bank reconciliation statement and disbursement of payment, maintaining records and reconciliation.
∎ Ensure Tax and VAT calculation in accordance with the government rules.
∎ Responsible for dealing with cash and cash equivalents and checking all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices etc.
∎ Responsible for working in Accounts software.
∎ Ensure managing Petty cash and review and obtaining approval for payments and expenses.
∎ Maintain compliance with the company policies and rules.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the concerned authority.

∎ Should have the ability to operate ERP software & Accounting Software.
