Customer Service, Dealer development, Dealer Management

Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support dealers about process implementation, warranty, parts policies etc to ensure quality service for customer satisfaction.
∎ Frequently visit to dealer & observe service operation & activities and take counter measure to improve the gap area.
∎ Assist dealer to improve customer satisfaction & train the dealer's personnel.
∎ Initiate to install and inaugurate service center to ensure Honda Standard Service.
∎ Analyze the market data, gap area, make improvement plan, take countermeasures and report to management daily, weekly, monthly.
∎ To collect market data & information for investigation on products quality.
∎ Implementation Service campaign, Market surveys, Customer meet for Maintenance and awareness after sales events.
∎ Develop new idea for future improvement.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Effective problem solving & decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.
∎ A thorough knowledge of product and services of the company as well as industry.
∎ Motorcycle riding skill.
∎ Motorcycle technical skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
