Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc with Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaisons with consultant for new projects such as FMCG, Bhabanipur, Khulna Area office and Maternity Clinic cum diagnostic center or any other project.
∎ Estimation of civil construction of projects of entire Bangladesh.
∎ Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) & Tender document/RFQ for civil, electrical & plumbing works, RFP of Consultant entire Bangladesh.
∎ Prepare statutory drawing, pursue consultant and logistic for approval of NOC/land use clearance of Khulna, Bhabanipur, Online application of KDA, Environment department etc.
∎ Preparation of yearly draft budget and cost saving report.
∎ Preparation of draft meeting minutes, meeting working paper, SOP and Memo of head office.
∎ Preserving new project documents and uploading in Archive.
∎ Coordinate civil maintenance anywhere in Bangladesh such as Bogura, Bhaluka, Cumilla etc.
∎ Coordinate Internal Audit Department and prepare draft responses for Internal Audit observations.
∎ Raise indents for cash purchase for materials of entire Bangladesh.
∎ Technical evaluation and comparative statement preparation of floated tenders.
∎ Coordination with consultant, contractors/labor contractors for civil works.
∎ Assist Procurement and SCM Department to procure of cash purchase materials and enlisting contractor and assist floating tenders.
∎ Hardworking, extended hours work, wiling to travel any site of Bangladesh.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 10 years’ experience in related field
∎ Must have a fair understanding of drawings and tender documents.
∎ Should have supervision experience in large civil construction project.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure with good personality.
∎ Should be proactive and ready to work during extended hours.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
