Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
∎ Graduation from Buet/Kuet/Ruet/Cuet/Duet are preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project (Land/Construction) in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Hands on Knowledge in land project development (sands filling, road structuring based on practical demand)
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work.
∎ Able to handle the contractor and skilled/semiskilled worker.
∎ Ensure work done at project as per design & drawing, maintaining quality.
∎ Able to maintain Measurement Book & prepare the bill of quantity done by the contractor.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
∎ Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ BOQ analysis, Minimum order purchase (MOP), supervision & quality control, safety and architectural, structural, Machine, Plumbing, Fire fitting execution & Contractor bill checking.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress report as per company policy.
∎ You are responsible to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Knowledge in Commercial, Residential Building & Land Project will be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Project management and supervision skills effective communication with the consultant, Architect & various clients.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Strong fluency in English
∎ Excellent knowledge in Computer and MS Office application especially in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Etabs, Staad Pro etc.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.
∎ Will be responsible all building construction & project work of the organization.
∎ As per company demands candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
