Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Able to work under pressure, AutoCAD, Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Good command over MS Office Package, Good communication skills, Handling contractors, Having must Real estate background, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise luxurious & regular residential projects, total activities of the structural work as per drawing, quality of work as per standard.
∎ Have to prepare work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
∎ Planning for proper progresses of the projects, monitoring the project progresses and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
∎ Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule and maintenance of the specification.
∎ Monitor the specification of all materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
∎ Maintain and comply standard operation procedure at all phase of construction works up to handover of projects, successfully and efficiently.
∎ Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staffs independently
∎ To certify all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Have to Prepare project reports for Management.
∎ Maintain inter-departmental coordination with all other departments and lead the construction works smoothly and timely.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
