Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ NEBOSH certified
∎ Fire Safety Manager Course from Fire service civil defense
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Lead Auditor ISO 14001,Internal Auditor ISO14001
∎ Training/Trade Course: EHS,Fire Safety
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Oracle ERP

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
EHS, Fire safety Management
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Vogra Baipass, Gazipur
∎ Working hours: 8 Hours
∎ Weekly Holiday: 1 day in a week
∎ English Proficiency & Presentation Skill: High level
∎ Speaking Chinese will added advantage
∎ Professional Quality: Mature work attitude, honest, hard working, effective communicator & good presenter, should have can do attitude, *positivity towards company culture is must.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can join immediately after final selection and have production department`s experience from mobile phone / electronics item assembling factory.
∎ Final selected candidate need to sign a job continuation agreement as per company policy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct risk assessment on environmental health & safety, occupational health & safety, fire safety.
∎ Suggest corrective action plan based on internal fire & environment risk assessment.
∎ Plan & guide management to solve the current existing EHS, Occupation and fire risk, hazards.
∎ Prepare yearly EHS & Fire Safety work plan and maintain regular work as per plan
∎ Monitor factory's infection preventive work along with other business department
∎ Monitor factory's infection preventive work along with other business department.
∎ Overall fire safety management of Factory.
∎ Monitor CCTV, keep record or important incident
∎ Regular check, monitor and maintenance of building fire & safety Equipment's
∎ Regular fire safety training arrangement for staffs & operators
∎ Manage & Coordinate fire safety team
∎ Conduct EHS & fire safety risk assessment and suggest corrective action plan to management
∎ Attend and manage fire safety audit by various regulatory authority.
∎ Monitor regular maintenance work as well as electrician, plumber, security guard, cleaners and medical assistant's operation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 29 years
∎ The selected candidates must need to stay near factory: Vogra, Gazipur
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 28000 (Monthly)
∎ From the salary range high salary will be offered to the candidate who have graduation from country`s top university and have at least 2 years of experience as EHS Executive/ Practice.
