Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive orders from customers through telephone / Facebook and ensure delivery.
∎ Ensuring proper resolution of customer queries.
∎ Obtaining new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites.
∎ Should be able to create and maintain client database.
∎ Able to do telemarketing efficiently and effectively.
∎ Ensure product promotion through telephone.
∎ Persuading potential customers to purchase the products.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with great strategy for creating the desired client.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
∎ Have to fill up daily, weekly and monthly goal or target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining the clients.
∎ Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer.
∎ Able to work under pressure and long working hour.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Knowledge of e- commerce platform/websites will be preferred.
∎ Good capability in Excel and MS Office.
∎ Having excellent command English & Bengali writing and speaking.

Salary: Negotiable
