Digital Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Handling inbound calls
∎ • Handling outbound calls
∎ • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
∎ • Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
∎ • Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
∎ • Receiving all e-commerce returned orders or canceled orders from third party shipping partners as well as any unprocessed orders from the warehouse team
∎ • Building an outstanding relationship with our customers through regular and proper follow-ups.
∎ • Ensure the service quality and customer satisfaction and monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
∎ • Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
∎ • Ensure that all product data is on the Website and Facebook page including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
∎ • Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contract for online queries.
∎ • Monitor stock levels and analyze web sales versus store performance.
∎ • Order process as per customer demand and time line set by organization.
∎ • Process complete orders from picking team, ensure accuracy of picked products and send for final packing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Expert in Online Chatting and selling
∎ • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
