Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily trips allocation schedule to ensure efficient use of transports and provide daily report to head office
∎ Check previous pending schedules of distribution and allocate transport on priority basis to reduce time leggings
∎ Monitor loading and unloading of goods through vehicle tracking system and update both head office and factory time to time
∎ Maintain liaison with factory transport department & 3rd party transport agencies to ensure availability of transport for smooth delivery of products
∎ Follow up delivery programs from distributors and sales associates to ensure loading and unloading timely
∎ Coordinate trucks, covered vans and lorries as per requisition to ensure time efficiency, cost efficiency and resource efficiency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good command in Transport Management
∎ Knowledge of ERP software system
∎ Report writing skills
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical and problem-solving abilities
