Depot, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Inventory management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Depot Incharge in maintaining distribution operations as per policies and practices of the organization.
∎ Ensure timely distribution of all Finished Goods (FG) to the distributor points maintaining FEFO.
∎ Prepare daily vehicle tour schedule/plan for company owned vehicles in coloration with Transport Manager.
∎ Check and verify all delivery orders, challans and invoices before delivery.
∎ Look after the safety and security issues of the respective Depots and ensure proper safeguard of the depots through monitoring security protocols.
∎ Participate in the physical counting process to ensure controls of inventory levels and reconcile with SAP system.
∎ Look after loading & unloading procedures of all materials/goods/commodities and ensure reduction of damage due to careless handling of products/goods.
∎ Ensure proper cleaning, pest control, safety issues of the respective Depots
Additional Requirements:
∎ Delivery schedule management and ensure on time distribution
∎ Customer service and maintain relationship with stakeholders.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability and problem solving ability.
∎ Basic level knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power point).
