Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize and co-ordinate delivery program to ensure distribution of finished products to the customer.
∎ Monitor delivery schedule and analyze logistics problems, develop new solution. For un-interrupted supply of customer's order.
∎ Negotiate and attribute with transport agencies & customer to execute delivery program within lead time.
∎ Make a liaison with production line for stock availability and take necessary steps if crisis period of short stock occurs. All dispatched program must be aligned with stock available at that time period.
∎ Build and develop relationship with transport agencies, production associates/managers of loading point and customer.
∎ Co-ordinate with respective Marketing executive/manager to collect information about delivery program.
∎ Monitor delivery & undelivered status of products with regular liaison with production & other supply chain colleagues. Ensure delivery on the basis of aging & product availability.
∎ Prepare Reports & statistical data maintenance of planning, projection, lifting variance, vehicle's movement, transport service & customer/distributor order fulfillment time (OTIF).
∎ Regular liaison with Accounts, Sales-Marketing, Factory for ensuring customers delivery as per lead time & fulfillment of SLA.
∎ Perform any other assigned jobs related to SCM operation directed by HoSCM.
∎ May be needed to job rotate at any time & posting anywhere if required.
