∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master’s Degree preferred).

∎ 12+ years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in real estate or construction-related industries.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of managing multi-departmental teams.
∎ In-depth understanding of real estate project cycles, regulatory environments, and operational strategy.
∎ Ability to drive change, make data-driven decisions, and inspire large teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide strategic leadership and direction across all departments to ensure smooth coordination and achievement of company goals.
∎ Supervise departmental heads and conduct regular performance evaluations and strategic reviews.
∎ Oversee planning and execution of real estate projects from land acquisition to final handover.
∎ Ensure effective financial management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
∎ Build and maintain a high-performance culture through talent management, motivation, and organizational development.
∎ Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and innovation in real estate development.
∎ Lead crisis management, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Report directly to the Board of Directors and work closely with them on long-term planning.
