Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for smooth overall marketing operations as per company policies & trategies.
∎ Responsible for selecting, developing & monitoring effective advertising, branding, pricing policy as well as campaign cost controlling.
∎ Developing & formulating the existing market planning & strategy for achieving organizational goals.
∎ Carry out competitive sales studies, market survey, and analyze business activities and all regular meetings & conferences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ At least 20 years working experience on Sales & Marketing in multinational/ large scale organization.
∎ Competent in formulating marketing strategies, policies, product promotion, branding, business development, corporate marketing & sales, market research, competitive analysis etc.
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills to boost-up team performance.
∎ Should have strong written and oral communication skills.
∎ Experience in multinational organization will be considered an advantage.

Salary:
