∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,BRAC University,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, IT Support Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online (web/ e-mail) Support, telesales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute Contact Centre Operations as directed by the Operations Manager.
∎ Answer calls and handles prospective customer's inquiries over the phone, email and social media.
∎ Have knowledge of E-Commerce or similar digital platforms
∎ Need to give precise information on our products and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Understand customers' viewpoint, clarify information and every other issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Regular interaction through CRM
∎ Working on customer feedback with the internal team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with min experience of 2 years are eligible to apply.
∎ Well versed with MS Suite
∎ Prior experience in Customer Support will be an added advantage.
∎ Willing to work under pressure
∎ Hard working, result driven, friendly attitude.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility
∎ Must be very good in written and oral communications both in English and Bengali.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
