Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will have to communicate with the customers via calling and email marketing.
∎ Explain the products and services to the customers.
∎ Make calls to the customer and sell products or services to them.
∎ Maintain necessary customer contact cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
∎ Handle customers in a good manner.
∎ Create a customer database with all the required information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Calm and patient individual.
∎ Ability to handle customer's complaints in a professional manner.
∎ Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
